hehehe about the guesthouse rules, it's funny i always see that in i think all of the guesthouses i stayed in... and i'm pretty sure the ones you highlighted are not strictly followed.
i took a pic of one restaurant sign of one of the food stalls in the mall in the morning market written in english, "clean food good testes the best of otop otop to the world". if i can only the post the pic here.
